纤维素及其衍生物在皮革中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

作为一种取之不尽的聚合物来源,纤维素及其衍生物具有亲水性、手性、可降解性等,通过化学改性具有广泛的用途。对纤维素及其衍生物在皮革行业中的应用进行了综述,主要介绍了近年来其在皮革涂饰剂、鞣剂、皮革去污剂、保养剂、粘合剂以及合成革制孔剂中的应用。对其实际应用现状进行了分析,指出纤维素的绿色化、可生物降解性等会进一步拓展其在制革行业中的应用领域。
As the most important skeletal component in plants,the polysaccharide cellulose is an almost inexhaustible polymeric raw material.Cellulose and its derivatives characteristics are hydrophilie,chiral,degradable and extensive chemical modification.Therefore,cellulose and its derivatives have a wide range of applications.The application of cellulose and its derivatives in leather industry were reviewed,such as leather finishing agent,tanning agent,leather detergent,maintenance agent,adhesive and synthetic leather pore-making agent and so on.The application status of cellulose and its derivatives was analyzed.It is noticed that green and biodegradable properties of cellulose will further expand its application in tannery industry.
