天然抗菌剂在涤纶鞋里布中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为改善鞋腔内环境,抑制微生物滋长,选用NaOH对涤纶鞋里布进行亲水化改性处理并优化了处理工艺。以芦荟甙作为天然抗菌剂,采用二浸二轧工艺将其整理到处理好的涤纶布上。通过单因素试验探究得出满足《鞋类和部件抗菌性能技术条件》要求的整理液浓度,并对整理后的抗菌织物的各项性能进行了测试。最终得出当整理液浓度为10 mg/mL时,所得抗菌涤纶鞋里布的抑菌率为:大肠杆菌98.35%、金黄色葡萄球菌96.77%、白色念珠菌86.98%、红色毛癣菌97.43%。
NaOH was used to modify the polyester shoe lining and optimize the treatment process, thus improving the internal environment and inhibit the growth of microorganisms of the shoe cavity. The two dip two rolling process was used to organize the natural antibacterial agent of aloe glycosides on the treated polyester. The single factor testing results indicate that the finishing liquid concentration satisfies the "Technical requirements for the antibacterial properties of footwear and parts". The performances of the finished antibacterial fabric were tested. The results show that when the finishing liquid concentration is 10 mg/mL, the antibacterial rate of the obtained antibacterial polyester shoe lining is 98.35% for Escherichia coli, 96.77% for Staphylococcus aureus, 86.98% for Candida albicans, and 97.43% for Trichophyton rubrum.
