低污染排放制革废水循环再利用技术

摘要(Abstract):

加工1 kg生皮需要耗用8.5~10.0 L水,预浸水、浸灰、浸酸、鞣制等制革水场工序中需要使用食盐、硫化钠、硫酸、铬鞣剂等化工材料,产生大量总悬浮固体物(TSS)、总溶解固体物(TDS)等对环境及人类健康有害的制革废水,导致废水处理厂不堪负荷。针对这种情况,采用絮凝、脱色、物理分离、酶降解等方法,大幅减少制革废水中的TSS、TDS。将处理后的制革废水再次回用于制革生产,不仅可以将制革水场工序的新鲜水的耗水量降至1.5 L(水)/1 kg(生皮)(其余用水量均来源于处理后回用的废水),废水排放量降低了80%~90%,废水处理费用减少3.5~5.6卢比/kg(原料皮)。
Quantity of waste water generated per kg of raw skin or hide by conventional wet blue beam house process is 8.5 L to 10 L.Amout of wastewater contained high contents of TSS(total dissolved solids) and TDS(total suspended solid) caused by chemicals such as sodium sulphide,sulphuric acid and chrome used in pre-soak,lime,pickle,tanning and etc.was discharged,which were hazardous to environment and health.This reuse and recycle suggests reduction of this fresh water quantity to 1.5 L/kg,where the balance quantities are from this reused and or recycled waste streams.And effluent can bereduced by 80%~90%,saving an amount of 3.5 to 5.6 Rs per kg of raw hides.
