丙烯酸-聚氨酯-巴豆醛共聚物鞣制机理研究

摘要(Abstract):

以丙烯酸(AA)、可聚合非离子型聚氨酯大单体(PU)及巴豆醛(CA)为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系(K2S2O8-NaHSO3)在水溶液中合成了一系列含非离子型聚氨酯支链的醛酸高分子鞣剂——丙烯酸-聚氨酯-巴豆醛共聚物(P(AA-PU-CA)),并通过傅里叶红外变换光谱和差式量热扫描对其结构进行了表征;考察了P(AA-PU-CA)组成与其耐酸性能的关系,探讨了P(AA-PU-CA)的鞣制机理。结果表明:当P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物的单体配比组成为AA∶PU∶CA=5∶1∶4,提碱pH=4.8~5.2,加入量为裸皮质量的5%时,(P(AA-PU-CA))共聚物可将裸皮的热收缩温度提高11℃。
The acrylic acid-polyurethane-crotonaldehyde copolymer(P(AA-PU-CA) ) was synthesized from acrylic acid,polymerizable nonionic polyurethane and crotonaldehyde in water,with K2S2O8-NaHSO3 as the initiator.And its structure was characterized by FTIR and DSC.The tanning mechanism and the relation between the polymer’s structure and its acid resistance property were studied.The results show that the thermal shrinkage temperature of leather can be risen 11℃ tanned by 5% P(AA-PU-CA) with AA:PU:CA=5:1:4,pH=4.8~5.2.
