无铬鞣专利现状及专利技术分析(续)
Current patent situation and patent technology analysis of chrome-free tanning

摘要(Abstract):

无铬鞣作为可有效实现铬减量化的清洁化技术,一直以来受到制革从业者的高度关注。专利数据展示,国内外关于该技术主题的发明专利申请量一直保持相对稳定,国内的申请量自2005年开始每3年的数量增幅达到了50%。向中国提出发明专利申请的申请人中,约59%来源于企业、39%来源于高校,只有极少量申请来源于个人。申请的主题主要涉及多金属无铬鞣剂、醛类无铬鞣剂、有机磷无铬鞣剂、合成类无铬鞣剂、复合类无铬鞣剂以及一些原位生成无铬鞣法或结合无铬鞣法等。
As a clean technology for minimizing chromium, the chrome-free tanning is continuously concerned by the skilled in the art. According to the patent data, the increase of home and abroad invention patent applications on this subject has been relatively stable, and the amount of domestic applications has increased by 50% every three year since 2005. About 59% of Chinese applicants are from enterprises, 39% from universities, and only a few from individuals. The subjects mainly cover polymetallic chrome-free tanning agents, aldehydes chrome-free tanning agents, organophosphorous chrome-free tanning agents, synthetic chrome-free tanning agents, complex chrome-free tanning agents, and some in situ chrome-free tanning agents or combination tanning processes.
