水性聚氨酯制备碳点及其性能

摘要(Abstract):

采用聚氧化丙烯二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸为原料,合成了水性聚氨酯乳液,以此为碳源,水热法制备碳点。运用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、高分辨透射电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及荧光光谱等对碳点结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:制得了氮原子掺杂荧光碳点,粒径分布均匀,具有明亮的蓝色荧光;表现出激发依赖的荧光特性,在350 nm处激发时荧光强度最大,且荧光量子产率为554%,荧光寿命为443 ns。
Waterborne polyurethanes(WPUs) were synthesized using polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as raw materials.Carbon dots(CDs) were prepared by hydrothermal method from waterborne polyurethanes.The structure and properties of CDs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV) and fluorescence spectroscopy tests.The results show that N-doped fluorescent CDs are prepared,with uniform particle size distribution,bright blue fluorescence and excitation dependent fluorescence characteristics.The fluorescence intensity is the highest when excited at350 nm,the fluorescence quantum yield is 5.54%,and the fluorescence lifetime is 4.43 ns.
