皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)的形成原因及防治研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

归纳了皮革加工过程和贮存环境中产生Cr(Ⅵ)的影响因素,如加脂剂、pH、检测方法、贮存环境中温度、相对湿度和光照等,并详细阐述了各影响因素如何影响皮革工业中Cr(Ⅵ)的含量,概括了防治或减少皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的主要措施。提出皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)超标是由多种因素造成的,在制革过程中除了要注意控制好工艺参数外,还应具体分析产生Cr(Ⅵ)的主要原因并利用联合防治的方法确保皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)达标,以期为制革企业治理皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)提供参考方法,加快推动皮革企业的清洁生产,使我国的制革行业在国际市场上更具竞争力。
The factors affecting the production of Cr(Ⅵ)in leather processing and storage environment were summarized, such as fatliquors, pH, detection methods, temperature, relative humidity and light in the storage environment, etc., and how the various factors affect the leather industry was described.The main measures to prevent or reduce the content of Cr(Ⅵ)in leather were summarized.It is proposed that the excessive amount of Cr(Ⅵ)in leather is caused by multiple factors.In addition to paying attention to controlling the process parameters during the tanning process, the main reasons for the production of Cr(Ⅵ)should be specifically analyzed and the method of joint control should be used to ensure the content of Cr(Ⅵ)in leather meet the standards.It provides a reference for tannery to control the Cr(Ⅵ)content in leather, accelerating the clean production of leather companies, and making China leather industry more competitive in the international market.
