皮革中挥发性有机物的检测方法现状

摘要(Abstract):

可挥发性有机物(VOC)成为目前评价皮革质量的关键指标,对应的VOC检测方法已成为行业关注的主要技术问题。对目前可用于皮革中VOC的检测方法进行了综述。分析了气味法、色谱法及光离子化法检测皮革中VOC的原理,对不同方法的适用性及存在的问题进行了探讨。气味法检测简便、快速,但评级易受个人主观因素的干扰;色谱法适应了相关标准如GB 27630的规定要求,但会存在与气味法的结果不一致现象。检测皮革VOC过程中,应将气味法与色谱法结合使用。
Volatile organic compounds(VOC)have been a key index for evaluating leather quality.The related test methods have been concerned by the leather tanneries.The present methods based on odor,chromatograph and photo ionization detector,for determining VOC in leather were reviewed,and their applicability and existing problems were analyzed.Comparatively,odor test is simple and quick,but susceptible to the interference of the analyst.Test targets by chromatograph fit well with the requirements of GB 27630,while the test results might not be corresponded to the odor method.It is considered that the combination of odor test and chromatographic method should be applied for reliably determining VOC in leather.
