皮革无铬鞣制技术的研究现状

摘要(Abstract):

从无铬鞣制的必要性出发,对近年来各界学者对无铬鞣剂及其鞣制方法领域所做出的研究进行了综述,主要介绍了非铬金属鞣剂、有机鞣剂和新型无铬鞣剂的开发进展情况及其基本的鞣革性能,对一些产品的实际应用现状进行了分析,并指出鞣革性能、材料配伍性、生物降解性、产品稳定性和市场接纳性是开发无铬鞣剂重点考虑的问题。
The recent researches on chrome-free tanning agents and their tanning methods were reviewed from the necessity of chrome-free tanning.The development and basic tanning properties of non-chrome metal tanning agents,organic tanning agents and new chrome-free tanning agents were mainly introduced,and the actual application status of some products was analyzed.It is pointed out that tanning performance,material compatibility,biodegradability,product stability and market acceptance are the key considerations in the chrome-free tanning agents development.
