硝化纤维/蛋白复合涂饰剂的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

将硝化纤维水性化可以有效降低硝基涂料VOC的含量。试验通过在硝化纤维分子中引入亲水基团的方法,制备了一种成膜柔韧高光的水性硝化纤维乳液,将该硝化纤维乳液与蛋白光亮材料共混后制成涂层,测定涂层的光亮度、延伸性、耐磨性、透气性、透水汽性、耐折牢度等物理性能。改性硝化纤维与蛋白成膜剂共混能够提升改性硝化纤维乳液的涂饰性能,涂层的耐磨性由3级提升到2级,涂层的透气性由197.80m L/(cm2·h)提升到了267.14m L/(cm2·h),透水汽性由340.1mg/(10cm2·24h)提升到408.1mg/(10cm2·24h),但涂层的耐折牢度、抗张强度、断裂伸长率和光亮度有所下降。
It is an effective way to reduce high volatile organic compounds( VOC) by turning the binder of the coatings to a water- based system. A new nitrocellulose emulsion was prepared with high light and flexible film deposition,by introducing hydrophilic group into the nitrocellulose molecules. The film and the coating of the blend were prepared. The performance of the film and the coating was studied by measuring brightness,tensile strength,elongation,abrasion resistance,air permeability,water vapor permeability and folding fastness. The compatibility of the nitrocellulose emulsion with protein was studied. When casein and gelatin were added to the modified nitrocellulose emulsion,the wear resistance of the coating is increased from three degree to two degree,the air permeability of the coated crust is increased from 197. 80 m L /( cm2·h) to 267. 14 m L/( cm2·h),the water vapor permeability of the coated crust is increased from 340. 1mg /( 10cm2·24h) to 408. 1mg/( 10cm2·24h),but the flexing resistance,the tensile strength,the elongation and the brightness of coating are slightly decreased.
