体操护掌革鞣制工艺的研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用正交试验法筛选出体操护掌革的最优鞣制方案,最优方案鞣革的抗张强度达到了2706 MPa,可以满足体操护掌的使用强度,其他各项指标也符合产品要求。通过一系列的微观表征,进一步讨论了体操护掌革的鞣制机理。结果表明:最优方案所鞣成革的胶原纤维的有序化得到很大改善,提升了胶原的热稳定性和成革的机械强度。
The optimal tanning scheme of gymnastics was selected by orthogonal test method.The tensile strength of the optimal scheme reaches 27.06 MPa,which can meet the use intensity of gymnastics.Other indicators also meet the product requirements.In addition,through a series of microscopic characterization,the tanning mechanism of gymnastics was further discussed.The results show that the optimal ordering of collagen fibers is greatly improved,as well as the thermal stability of collagen and the mechanical strength of leather.
