过氧化氢氧化皮片纤维自交联的研究
Study on self-crosslinking of hydrogen peroxide oxidating skin fibers

摘要(Abstract):

用过氧化氢对水貂皮削匀皮片纤维进行氧化和自交联处理。根据皮片热性能和接触角的变化,结合全反射红外光谱和荧光光谱分析,探讨过氧化氢对皮片纤维氧化自交联的作用机理。结果表明:在碱性条件下,皮胶原分子侧链上的羟基被过氧化氢氧化成醛基或者羧基,与皮纤维分子链上的活性基团以共价键和离子键结合,增加与分子链间的交联,使皮片的热稳定性和疏水性能提高。当过氧化氢用量为皮质量的9%,反应温度为25℃时,皮片纤维氧化自交联作用最强,皮片的热稳性最好,接触角最大。
The use of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent onto skin fiber which producing self-crosslinking was studied.The mechanism was analyzed by total reflection infrared spectra,fluorescence spectrum,contact angle and thermal properties changes.It is found that hydroxide groups on the collagen side-chains can be oxidized to aldehyde or carboxyl groups by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline environment.These oxidized groups can crosslink with functional groups on collagen by covalent bond and ionic bond,to change skin material molecular structure and surface properties,improving thermal stability of the skin.When the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 9% basing on the skin weight,the oxidative self-crosslinking of skin fiber is the strongest and the highest thermal stability can be obtained.
