霉变对皮革中游离脂肪酸含量的影响

摘要(Abstract):

研究了霉变过程中皮革内游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量的变化。将混合霉菌、黑曲霉及产黄青霉接种到剪碎后的皮革样品颗粒上,培养至规定的时间后,将样品中的游离脂肪酸萃取出,然后采用滴定法和GC-MS对游离脂肪酸总量及硬脂酸、棕榈酸含量进行测定。结果表明:混合霉菌、黑曲霉及产黄青霉均导致样品中游离脂肪酸含量的增加,经过28 d霉菌作用后,总游离脂肪酸含量增加了330~786倍,棕榈酸含量增加了330~784倍,硬脂酸含量增加了375~793倍,黑曲霉对游离脂肪酸的增加效果最明显。试验结果反映了不同霉菌对皮革中游离脂肪酸含量影响程度的差异,在一定程度上揭示了皮革在贮运过程中出现油霜的原因。
The influence of molds on the contents of free fatty acids(FFA) in leather was investigated.Leather granules were inoculated with mixed multiple Fungis,Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum,separately,and then extracted with solvent for determining the total free fatty acids,as well as palmitic acid and stearic acid.It is found that the used molds could lead to notable increasement of free fatty acids.During the 28 days inoculation,the total free fatty acids,palmitic acid and stearic acid are increased by 3.30~7.86,3.30~7.84 and 3.75~7.93 respectively.Aspergillus niger is found to be competitive for producing free fatty acid by decomposing triglycerides in leather.The results indicate the difference of various molds on the yields of free fatty acids,as well as the cause of spew in leather surface during the storage and transport process.
