摘要(Abstract):

石墨烯基复合材料以其韧性强、强度高、导电性好、远红外吸收等优势,在制革、电子、能源等领域中展现了广阔的应用前景。综述了近几年来石墨烯基复合材料的研究进展,简要介绍了石墨烯基皮革化学品的制备方法,详细阐述了其在制革工业中作为鞣剂、复鞣剂、填充剂、涂饰剂等方面的应用,并对其赋予皮革优异的耐磨性、阻燃性、防水性、导电性等进行了探讨,展望了石墨烯基复合材料在制革工业未来的发展和面临的挑战。
The graphene based composite materials shows broad application prospects in the fields of leather, electronics and energy considering its strong toughness, high strength, good electrical conductivity and far infrared absorption. However, there is a key issue for the industrialization of graphene to achieve large-scale, high-quality and low-cost preparation of graphene. The research progress of graphene-based composites in recent years was reviewed and the preparation method and applications in the leather industry as tanning, retanning, filling and finishing agent was introduced. The terrific features of abrasion resistance, flame retardancy, waterproofness and conductivity on leather were discussed. The future development and challenges of graphene-based composites in leather industry were prospected.
