ASE-SPE-GC/MS法测定皮革制品中15种硝基苯类化合物

摘要(Abstract):

建立了快速溶剂萃取-固相萃取净化-气质联用(ASE-SPE-GC/MS)法测定皮革制品中15种硝基苯类化合物。皮革样品经快速溶剂萃取,中性氧化铝萃取柱净化,旋转蒸发仪浓缩定容后,采用气质联用仪进行测试分析。结果表明:15种硝基苯类化合物的方法检出限(LOD)为002~010 mg/kg,方法定量限(LOQ)为008~050 mg/kg,在一定质量浓度范围内,线性相关系数R~2为0991 9~0999 5,3个浓度添加试验中,加标平均回收率为802%~1031%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为214%~721%(n=6)。本方法操作简便,准确度高,回收率好,适用于皮革制品中硝基苯类化合物的测定。
A method was developed for the determination of 15 kinds of nitrobenzene compounds in leather products by ASE-SPE-GC/MS.The leather sample was extracted by accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),purified by solid phase extraction(SPE),concentrated by rotary evaporator.Then the qualitatively and quantitative tests were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The results show that the limit of detection(LOD) for15 kinds of nitrobenzene compounds is 0.02~0.10 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ) is 0.08~0.50 mg/kg.The linear correlation coefficient R~2 is 0.991 9~0.999 5.The recovery is at the range of 80.2%~103.1%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 2.14%~7.21%(n=6).The method presents the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and reasonable recovery.It is suitable for detection of nitrobenzene compounds in leather products.
