矫形鞋垫对扁平足人群足底压力分布的影响
Influence of therapeutic insole on distribution of plantar pressure in flat foot population

摘要(Abstract):

招募了17名女性扁平足受试者,制作了9种足弓支撑高度和材料硬度不同的鞋垫,受试者分别随机穿着9种鞋垫以3 km/h的速度在跑步机上进行测试。使用足底压力测量系统记录不同鞋垫下的足底压力分布,并对每双鞋垫进行主观舒适性评价。结果显示:鞋垫硬度对前掌区域峰值压强的影响具有显著性(P=0. 02),且硬度为50°shore C的矫形鞋垫对足底降压效果最好;鞋垫足弓支撑高度仅对前掌区域峰值压强(P=0. 04)和压强时间积分(P=0. 02)的影响具有显著性,鞋垫足弓支撑高度为24 mm时,矫形鞋垫能显著降低前掌区域的峰值压强和压强时间积分。硬度为50°shore C,支撑高度为24 mm的矫形鞋垫对于降低扁平足人群前掌区域的峰值压强的作用效果最为明显。
Seven flat-footed subjects were recruited and nine insoles with different arch heights and material stiffness were produced. Subjects were randomly tested on a treadmill at a speed of 3 km/h with 9 insoles. A plantar pressure measurement system was used to record the plantar pressure distribution under different insoles and subjective comfort assessments were performed for each pair of insoles. Results show that the difference in hardness between different insoles has a significant effect on the peak pressure of the forefoot area( P = 0. 02),and the orthopedic insole with a hardness of 50° shore C has the best antihypertensive effect on the plantar pressure. The difference in the arch height of the different insoles only show significant effect on the peak pressure( P = 0. 04) and pressure time integral( P = 0. 02) in the forefoot area. The orthopedic insole with arch height of 24 mm can significantly reduce the peak pressure and pressure time integral of the forefoot area. Orthopedic insole with hardness of 50° Shore C and arch height of 24 mm is the most effective in reducing the peak pressure of forefoot area of flat foot.
